Short but sweet, Served us well and fulfilled the purpose.
Well priced for what it offers and the kitchenette is well appreciated
The view and location was bad and they didn’t offer hot chocolate alongside the teas and coffee.

It was alright. Cant complain as it was really cheap
That it had a stove for my husband and I to cook. It was a pretty cheap price
The place wasn't very clean. The carpet was dirty, stains all over the place. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom felt dirty. There wasn't much cooking utensils to use only a knife, fork and spoon, then again we didn't really mind. It reeked of cigarette throughout the hallway and elevators. Our tv wasnt working cause of the AV cord but a lovely guy came up to fix it, my partner and were very thankful. The price was quite cheap so we expected a cheap room.

Security bond
Waited at reception on checkout 01/02/2024 9.30am. Waited 10mins for service so I could have my security bond of $100 returned. My shuttle bus was waiting so I left room key in keybox at reception. Still waiting for it. I left the room tidy with no damage.I would really like to get my $100 refunded
